For stays longer than 10 days, we offer a 10% discount on the listed prices. Pets are allowed for an additional fee of €100 per pet for 7 days. A security deposit of €1,000 in cash is required at check-in and will be refunded on the day of departure after the property has been inspected.

Rental terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 20% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 80% from the total reservation price will be charged 30 days before arrival.
- The guest can cancel for free 60 or more days before arrival.
- If cancelled within 60 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 70% of the total amount paid.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
- The deposit is 1.000,00 € and must be paid upon arrival.
